What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of Agro associates, conducting visits and prospecting new business opportunities. Provide consultative support to producers, identifying their needs and offering tailored financial solutions. Control and monitor portfolio delinquency, implementing preventive measures as necessary.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in progress in fields such as Administration, Agronomy, Financial Management, Economics, Agricultural Engineering, or related areas. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in commercial activities, customer service, or consultative sales. CPA or C-Pro R certification required for investment product offerings.
