Welcome guests and perform check-in and check-out processes. Provide information about the hotel, its services, and experiences offered. Manage reservations and respond to inquiries promptly and personally. Resolve issues and anticipate customer needs while managing the hotel shop.

Education in Tourism, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or similar fields. Previous experience in hotel reception, preferably in 4 or 5-star establishments. High level of English; other languages are a plus. Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management software.
