Lead projects focused on seller experience by connecting Operations, Product, IT, and Process Development to structure and implement solutions. Conduct diagnostics on new operational themes, mapping processes and systems to identify root causes of errors affecting Customer Experience and transforming findings into improvement projects. Consolidate and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to explain result variations and support operations in prioritizing actions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Exact Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in data analysis and decision-making based on results, with project management experience organizing schedules and tracking status with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of Big Query, SQL, and Claude is a plus.
