Ensure the execution of the strategy and training programs regarding operational topics and new functionalities in the Distribution Center. Develop training plans and create synergy between different areas to align and consider impacts on time and resources. Design dashboards, automate data flows, and perform complex queries in databases to integrate storage and transport information, identifying productivity gaps and driving data-based training interventions.

2 years of professional experience in planning, operations, or data analysis. Experience in designing dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, and extracting data using SQL queries is desirable. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and modeling.
