Build root cause analysis in the inbound flow, leading proposals for solutions and continuous improvements with involved areas. Develop and implement flow optimization strategies, anticipating trends and proposing data-driven improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields. Experience with big data, structuring analysis, and the ability to draw conclusions from data. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL. Knowledge of Tableau and Artificial Intelligence is a plus. Previous experience in logistics, planning, supply chain, or consulting, preferably in dynamic or fast-growing companies, as well as leading multidisciplinary teams.
