What You'll Do
Act as a technical reference in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), contributing to the reliability and performance of critical systems. Investigate and resolve complex incidents, performing end-to-end troubleshooting in distributed architectures. Define and evolve SLIs, SLOs, and reliability indicators while continuously reducing MTTA and MTTR.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or critical system support. Strong knowledge of development and troubleshooting in Java/Spring Boot, with additional knowledge in .NET, Python, or COBOL preferred. Experience with distributed architectures, microservices, and REST APIs, as well as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
