Supervise the logistical unit's operational routines, ensuring activities meet quality, deadline, and efficiency standards, while managing the operational team, monitoring performance, and supporting employee development aligned with area objectives. Support operations leadership in implementing routine management, monitoring operational indicators, identifying deviations, and leading root cause analysis for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed Higher Education degree and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker, along with proven experience managing logistics agencies or hubs, process analysis, and indicator management. Essential soft skills include people management, communication, conflict resolution, and availability for 100% on-site work under a 6x1 work schedule.
