This role involves building and scaling a high-performance creator acquisition and retention program for Shameless Snacks across Instagram and TikTok by sourcing creators and managing agency relationships to drive revenue. Key duties include owning the entire creator pipeline from outreach and negotiation to content briefing, coordination, and detailed performance analysis.

Requirements

Candidates must have over two years of experience in influencer marketing, specifically focusing on Direct-Response or Performance-based strategies, with a proven track record of managing 50+ creators simultaneously. An analytical mindset for tracking KPIs and experience scaling influencer programs in consumer brands are essential.
