Customer Experience Associate I

Associates assess incoming calls to provide immediate service, transfer, or schedule follow-up for client resolution, while identifying customer needs by reviewing case notes for each specific situation. They perform routine call center activities using standard scripts and established guidelines to meet SLAs, providing specialized information and communicating warmly and empathetically.
