Lead the technical strategy and implementation of high-quality child protection programs in both emergency and development contexts in Colombia. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive advocacy, resource mobilization, and the strengthening of national child protection systems.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Child Protection, or a related field with at least 5-7 years of progressive experience in child protection program management. Must be fluent in English and possess a proven track record in business development and international cooperation funding.
