Associate, Talent Acquisition Sourcer
DEPT®Core Responsibilities
The Associate, Talent Acquisition Sourcer will identify and attract top talent for various roles at DEPT®. This includes developing strategies to engage passive candidates and managing candidate pipelines through the ATS.
Requirements
Candidates should have up to 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, particularly in creative, media, and engineering markets. Excellent communication skills in English and familiarity with sourcing candidates in the US, Latin America, and Canada are also required.
