Team Leader PLA/FT

The Team Leader will ensure the technical quality and consistency of PLA/FT analyses, acting as a reference and reviewer leveraging technology and AI, while actively contributing to area management with critical vision and continuous process improvement proposals. Key objectives include leading and supervising the PLA/FT analyst team, controlling area KPIs/OKRs, acting as a second-level reviewer for complex cases, and coordinating priorities across internal departments.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates in Economics or Law with a minimum of 3 years of experience in PLA/FT, Compliance, or Auditing, preferably within financial entities, fintechs, or capital markets. Solid knowledge of UIF, CNV, and/or BCRA regulations, experience with UIF reporting (ROS, RSM, etc.), transactional monitoring, and advanced data analysis tools like Excel (mandatory) are required.
