Lead the definition, monitoring, and optimization of the overall performance of PedidosYa Markets in Uruguay. Transform complex data into strategic insights and clear visual dashboards for informed decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs), proactively analyzing deviations to identify root causes and propose immediate solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Over 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Strategic Planning. Advanced knowledge of SQL, relational databases (BigQuery/GCP), Python for automation, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets or similar).
