Ensure that the internal payroll and that managed through temporary service companies is executed correctly, applying our value propositions and compensation efficiently. Act as a country reference for payroll compliance with labor codes and regulations, leading service levels for all business units. Manage operational services at the site, ensuring budget compliance and service quality KPIs in coordination with suppliers. Provide solutions and support for daily inquiries from internal clients and execute process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields. 5 years of experience in similar positions, leading teams in multi-site operations, with prior experience in payroll and service KPIs. Experience managing payroll for over 2,000 employees and knowledge of current Chilean labor legislation.
