Lead the team in defining and evolving scalable systems focused on high availability and performance. Manage projects including planning, scope, estimates, and risk management while ensuring effective communication among multiple stakeholders. Drive the development of innovative solutions using GenAI and deliver end-to-end functionalities in collaboration with UX, Product, Data, and Compliance teams.
Requirements
Experience in GO, JAVA, and backend development with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, APIs, and databases (Relational, NoSQL). Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic) and version control (Git, Github).
