Supervise and technically develop the reliability team across Latin America, leading the execution of the strategic plan and standardizing asset management and maintenance. Manage root cause analysis programs, ensuring methodological rigor and timely closure of action plans. Evaluate reliability maturity of units, create diagnostics and action plans, and monitor indicators by country.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, Automation Engineering or related fields. Experience in reliability engineering and maintenance management in automated industrial or intralogistics operations. Strong knowledge of reliability methodologies and continuous improvement, including failure modes and effects analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, and preventive maintenance planning.
