Core Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to organization users to resolve or escalate technology-related incidents via phone, email, or in person. Manage Active Directory, Google Workspace users, and perform software and hardware configurations.

Requirements

Requires advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and experience with ticketing systems like Jira or InvGate. Proficiency in MySQL and data visualization tools such as Looker or Power BI is also required.
