Provide legal opinion in relation to the Corporate Area. Draft and coordinate board resolutions and board meeting materials. Review and negotiate contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, and financial agreements. Manage the Company’s contract management system and support the stock option plan.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in Corporate Law and contracts. Law degree and active Brazilian Bar (OAB) membership. Working proficiency in English to handle international documents. Experience with M&A transactions and foreign entities is a plus.
