Develop, control, and analyze key performance indicators for the area. Report and analyze operational performance indicators such as productivity and SLAs. Identify risks in the operational capacity plan and ensure compliance with processing deadlines. Support operations by assisting in root cause analysis of issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Advanced knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Looker Studio, and SQL. Experience in data-driven decision-making and suggesting improvements. Availability to work on-site in Guarulhos from 14:30 to 22:30.
