The role involves providing specialized support to customers regarding Pricing, Shopping, and Fares, analyzing complex air fare issues using diagnostic tools to recommend corrective actions. Additionally, the specialist must research Agency Debit Memos to safeguard Sabre’s Fare Guarantee Policy commitments.

Requirements

Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, and demonstrate readiness to learn complex airline fare systems. Knowledge of Sabre GDS is required, and previous travel industry experience is preferred.
