This role acts as a critical link between regional IT strategy and local execution, focusing on operational excellence and continuous transformation.
Requirements
Success requires defining and implementing the HSA technology roadmap aligned with global strategies while meeting local needs, and leading/developing distributed technology teams to foster high performance. The role also mandates ensuring compliance with local data protection and cybersecurity standards, and serving as a strategic partner to functional leaders.
