Act as a financial consultant, conducting frequent visits to rural properties and potential members to identify business opportunities and present financial solutions. Actively prospect new members through in-person visits, strengthening the cooperative's presence in the community. Maintain close relationships with existing members through regular visits, monitoring their activities, and identifying new demands.

Experience in the commercial area of Agribusiness. Background in external prospecting and consultative roles. Completed Technical and/or Higher Education. Anbima certification (C-Pro R or higher) required within 90 days of hiring. Must reside or have easy access to Vila Nova do Sul/RS.

Competitive salary compatible with the market, plus guaranteed 14th and 15th salaries as per collective agreement. Participation in results up to 8 times your salary annually. Includes health insurance, meal allowance, transportation, and various wellness programs.
