Core Responsibilities

The HR & Talent Associate will design and implement recruiting strategies while managing the full-cycle hiring process for Peruvian and US employees. They will also act as a point of contact for candidates and ensure new hires are effectively onboarded into the company.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of recruiting experience and proficiency with HR software, ATS, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management is required, along with fluency in English and the legal right to work in Peru.
