The HR Manager will support the buildout and operations of the new Lima office by managing HR processes, talent acquisition, and employee relations. They will also ensure compliance with local labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting global HR initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 5-7+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in high-growth environments. Proficiency in English, familiarity with Peru labor laws, and the ability to work on-site in Lima without visa sponsorship are required.
