Core Responsibilities

The Corporate Recruiter will lead end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple regions by partnering with business leaders to define needs and execute full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding. This includes utilizing diverse sourcing channels and managing recruitment processes within applicant tracking systems.

Requirements

Candidates must possess 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, specifically including global or multi-region hiring, and demonstrate proven success in full lifecycle recruiting and high-volume hiring. Proficiency in English and Spanish, along with strong knowledge of ATS systems like Workday, is required.
