Act as an internal consultant to business areas, focusing on organizational culture, labor law compliance, and HR process improvement. Lead strategic projects related to talent attraction, development, and performance evaluation cycles.

Requirements

Requires at least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or Organizational Development roles with a degree in Social Sciences, Administration, or Engineering. Deep knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and intermediate to advanced English are required.
