What You'll Do
Supervise and monitor the assignment of truck operators to ensure compliance with loading and delivery plans. Verify operators' health conditions and conduct safety briefings at the start of each shift. Daily audit of operators' checklists and documentation, and manage equipment availability for optimal fleet assignment.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. 2+ years of experience as a Yard Supervisor or Operations Supervisor. Knowledge of industrial safety and customer service, along with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and basic SAP.
