Verify customer service in automotive repair workshops. Audit the process and customer service in workshops in Nuevo León. Ensure quality of service and timely follow-up on repairs. Manage warranties and configurations in compliance with BBVA regulations.
What We're Looking For
Completed bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas or engineering. Experience in customer service. Knowledge of cars and general mechanics is desirable. Proficient in Office software. Valid driver's license and knowledge of automatic car operation.
