What You'll Do
Participate in the execution of M&A transactions and capital markets. Develop financial models, valuations, and analyses of companies, industries, and markets. Prepare presentations and materials for clients, investors, and competitive processes. Lead/support due diligence processes and coordinate various aspects of transaction execution.
What We're Looking For
0-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, corporate finance, consulting, or related fields. Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related areas. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced English.
