Design and scale innovative and secure systems that solve real and high-impact problems. Provide technical support to users at the distribution center, ensuring user satisfaction by promptly addressing requests and effectively solving issues. Ensure the technical quality of developments with an end-to-end perspective and minimize operational costs of solutions in production.

Solid experience in infrastructure with networking analysis ensuring connection and security between sites. Experience with asynchronous projects and architectures focusing on connectivity, including Aruba, Juniper, and Ruckus. Knowledge and certifications in IT methodologies and best practices, along with practical experience in AI tools.
