Collaborate with Technology, Business, and Product teams to impact key indicators in the shipping ecosystem. Analyze large data volumes to identify fraud patterns and make decisions to reduce risk and improve user experience. Detect performance indicator deviations by identifying root causes and implementing changes. Design products and integrations to ensure risk coverage at each delivery process stage.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields. Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions with a technical reference role. Proficiency in SQL and experience with AI tools for data analysis and process automation. Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker and programming knowledge in Python.
