Semi Senior Business Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business processes related to technology transformation and migration initiatives. Identify and analyze functional, operational, and technological impacts on business processes. Facilitate working sessions between business areas and technology teams, and manage and document functional requirements, findings, and agreements throughout the project stages.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial sector. Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business processes. Knowledge and experience in process modeling using BPMN, Bizagi, or Draw.io. Experience managing and tracking initiatives using Jira and Confluence.
