What You'll Do
Supervise the operation and building to ensure continuous functioning of broadcast floors and operational areas. Actively monitor operations to detect technical failures, ensure compliance with operational standards, and identify potential fraud cases. Manage complaints from licensees and players with confidentiality, and prepare periodic reports on significant errors and incidents.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, such as operations supervision or shift management in a casino/live casino. Completed secondary education; technical or higher education preferred. Advanced English skills for corporate communication.
