Act as the main advisory link between Finance and operational areas. Provide strategic financial recommendations and promote integration between teams to ensure business results are achieved. Lead the development, updating, and continuous review of budgets and financial projections, ensuring accurate monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze operational costs against budget and proactively identify saving opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in cost management and controlling in the retail industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, as well as SQL queries, Tableau, and/or BI tools. Knowledge of SAP, FI, CO, and M is desirable, along with specialization in Controlling, Finance, or Data Science.
