Sr. Delivery Engineer

Support the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations. Ensure delivery of objectives and client expectations are met according to contractual obligations. Conduct technical training courses for customers and employees, and provide post-sale technical support services including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Minimum of 2 years experience in Airline Network Planning and Scheduling products/services. High School diploma required; University student or graduate preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills.
