Manage the performance of area indicators, identifying deviations and conducting root cause analyses in the inbound flow. Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to support management and decision-making, focusing on process automation. Act as a link between operational and commercial teams, managing business partners to ensure alignment and progress of initiatives and indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Quality Management, Logistics, or related fields. Experience with big data, structuring analyses, and the ability to draw conclusions from data to generate actions. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; skills in SQL and Tableau are a plus.
