Lead customer workshops, technical assessments, architecture reviews, and knowledge-transfer sessions. Troubleshoot complex Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications challenges using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.

15+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, collaboration, unified communications, or enterprise architecture. Strong consulting and customer-facing experience. Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal). Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Teams Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, and Identity and Access Management.
