Operations Junior Analyst
RappiCore Responsibilities
The Operations Junior Analyst will be responsible for assigning orders to delivery personnel, ensuring all operational processes function correctly from the start, and managing order cancellations when necessary. Key duties also involve recruiting transport resources for microzones, managing store status (on/off) based on dispatch issues, and providing real-time operational support to Turbo stores and delivery personnel.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field, and demonstrate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools, alongside strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
