What You'll Do
Act as an end point for escalations from compliance operations teams, assessing customer risks and applying risk-based methodologies. Perform risk assessments and enhanced due diligence on high-risk customers, documenting potential risks and mitigation measures. Communicate with internal and external partners to facilitate compliant business onboarding growth.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience in financial services or compliance roles. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What We Offer
This is a hybrid position located in São Paulo, Brazil, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office. Candidates must be able to commute to the office or be open to self-relocation.
