Support the creation and evolution of content and conversation flows for the C6 Assistant and Dialogflow. Perform maintenance and updates on existing content and journeys to ensure the best customer experience. Monitor performance indicators and efficiency of AI agents, contributing with analyses and improvement suggestions.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computing, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Analytical profile with good logical reasoning. Ability to interpret data and transform information into insights and recommendations. Knowledge of Excel is required.
