DTC Marketing Manager (Part Time)

The manager will own and scale the Shopify DTC growth engine, focusing on optimizing the full customer journey from landing pages to checkout to transform the store into a high-performing revenue channel. Key duties include improving conversion rates, AOV, subscription sign-ups, and managing the Shopify ecosystem through continuous A/B testing and merchandising.
Requirements
Candidates must have proven experience growing a 7+ figure Shopify subscription-first brand, demonstrating strong knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and conversion optimization programs. Essential qualities include being commercially sharp, fast, autonomous, accountable, and possessing a builder mindset.
