What You'll Do
Monitor card limits and process purchases on software and peripheral equipment. Track the full lifecycle of software vendor contracts, including terms, renewals, and SLAs. Validate vendor charges against contracts and actual usage, managing the approval and payment process. Audit active users per system and propose licensing adjustments to optimize costs.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in financial control, procurement, IT operations, or a related field. Advanced analytical skills with complex spreadsheets and large volumes of data. Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation. Prior experience with SaaS Management or software license control is a plus.
