Conduct negotiations for lease contracts including renewals, revisions, new contracts, and terminations. Perform financial and strategic analysis of contracts. Support expansion and migration of commercial points. Maintain control and update contractual information in systems and official databases. Collaborate with Legal and Expansion teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in contract negotiation. Solid experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain with a focus on negotiation. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of ERP systems. Familiarity with the application of Artificial Intelligence in analytical work.
