Analyze and monitor HR management indicators using control dashboards. Utilize SAP SuccessFactors for recording, controlling, and tracking information in the area. Provide support in managing and following up on training programs, both in-person and virtual. Maintain contact with various departments to identify training needs and opportunities.

At least 50% of the degree completed in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and indicator tracking is required. Interest in digital HR management tools is essential, with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors being valued. Familiarity with PowerPoint, Canva, or other tools for creating internal communication materials is necessary.
