Manager, Quality & Safety (Schaumburg, IL area)

Directly manage a team of Supplier Quality Engineers, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews. Own the end-to-end Supplier Quality program, including manufacturing partner onboarding and continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and manage internal and external audits. Develop and lead a Safety Management Program across U.S. and Mexico facilities.

B.S. in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years in a quality management role. Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 audits; familiarity with AS9100, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949 is a strong plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

This is an on-site role based in Schaumburg, IL, with travel roughly 26–50% annually. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $140,000 per year, based on experience, along with comprehensive medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, and generous PTO and leave programs.
