Senior Full Stack Engineer

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end solutions covering Frontend, Backend, Databases, and Microservices. Act as a bridge between Business, Product, and Operations, translating complex needs into clear technical specifications. Define scalable architectures, understanding the trade-offs of microservices and ensuring transactionality in an event-driven environment. Implement workflows with AI agents for coding, ensuring guardrails and repository standards to minimize errors.

5 to 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in startup or scale-up environments. Proficiency in Node.js with TypeScript and experience with Python for APIs and data scripts. Solid knowledge of System Design, Microservices, and integration patterns. Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience with strong technical foundations.

Hybrid position with 1 or 2 days in the office (Reforma Capital, CDMX).
