What You'll Do
Collaborate with Walmart's replenishment team to align demand forecasts with Abbott's commercial and promotional plans. Analyze sales, inventory, and coverage data using Retail Link & GRS to ensure continuous supply. Manage and optimize inventory days on hand in Walmart's distribution centers and sales floor, minimizing stockouts. Monitor key performance indicators such as Fill Rate and forecast accuracy.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience managing Walmart accounts as a CPFR or Demand Planner, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. Advanced proficiency in Retail Link and GRS is essential. Intermediate-advanced English skills for reporting and global meetings.
