Compliance Operations Associate - São Paulo (Hybrid)

Analyze cases within the Risk Pipeline, reviewing KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, corporate structures, Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO), legal representatives, and powers of attorney. Review the evidence available in ClarOps, identifying inconsistencies, missing documentation, and information that requires further validation. Recommend whether cases should be approved, returned to Sales Ops, rejected, or escalated, according to established policies and levels of authority.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Compliance Operations, KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, customer onboarding, due diligence, or a related operational risk function. Practical experience reviewing corporate documents, ownership structures, UBOs, legal representatives, and powers of attorney. Strong analytical skills and the ability to distinguish verified facts from assumptions or unsupported information.
