The Associate will contribute by cleaning and analyzing data, creating visuals, conducting research, and clearly communicating insights to generate evidence that drives greater impact for public sector leaders. This involves defining theories of change, building data collection systems, and assessing programs.
Requirements
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant full-time experience in analytics, data science, economics, or program evaluation, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets required. Business-level English and Spanish are mandatory, and applicants must be based in and authorized to work in Chile, the Dominican Republic, or Peru.
