The Social Work Specialist will lead interventions to strengthen family dynamics, prevent violence, and promote protective factors in emergency contexts. They will also manage the identification, referral, and follow-up of protection and gender-based violence cases in coordination with local stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and have at least three years of experience in community work or humanitarian settings. Proficiency in child protection, gender-based violence response, and the ability to facilitate participatory processes are essential.
